Production Capability

Our facility is outfitted with latest advanced equipment and advanced technologies. Operated by a team of highly trained professionals, including welders, machinists, pipe fitters, and fabricators, we have the capacity to produce high quality work at a large scale.

Workshop Area:

Our workshop spans over 20,000 square meters, providing ample space for various manufacturing processes.

Material Handling:

We have a robust material handling system in place. It consists of seventeen traveling overhead cranes with a maximum capacity of 15 tons each, and seven power lift trucks with a capacity of up to 11 tons. This setup enables us to move heavy materials and components efficiently during the manufacturing process.

Rolling:

Equipped with a 10’ x 1” power roll, we can easily and precisely form heavy-duty cylinders, tanks, drum fabrications, cyclones, and other complex sections. This ensures that our products meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Cutting:

Our cutting department is equipped with various types of cutting machines. This diverse range of equipment allows us to handle different materials and cutting requirements, providing a great deal of versatility in our manufacturing capabilities.

Punching:

Our plate punch can create 1-1/4″ round holes in 1″ thick plates, which is essential for manufacturing components with specific hole patterns for applications such as sieves, grilles, and some mechanical parts.

Sawing:

Our sawing equipment includes 3 - Band Saws with an automatic feed and a maximum capacity of 18″. This enables us to cut materials with precision and efficiency, whether it's for preparing raw materials or trimming finished products.

Shearing:

We own one 1/4″ x 10′ Shear and a MUBEA Hydraulic Iron Worker with an 88-Ton Capacity. These tools are crucial for cutting large sheets of metal into the required sizes and shapes for further processing.

Bending:

Our bending capabilities are supported by a 500-Ton x 10’ bed brake press and a 320-Ton x 12’ bed brake press. These presses allow us to bend metal sheets and plates into various shapes, which are essential for manufacturing products like tanks, enclosures, and structural components.

Welding:

We have a fleet of over twenty-five welding machines, including MIG, submerged arc, and TIG types. Our team of welders is ASME certified and can work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and Inconel. This ensures that our welded products are of the highest quality and suitable for a wide range of applications.

Assembling:

After the individual components are fabricated, we have a dedicated area for assembling the products. Our skilled workers ensure that all parts are correctly fitted together, following strict quality - control procedures.

Finishing & Painting:

We offer a variety of finishing and painting options, including epoxy, coatings, enamels, and urethane. These finishes not only enhance the appearance of the products but also provide protection against corrosion and wear, extending the lifespan of our manufactured items.
