Services from Sortek
Providing mining and environmental solutions in the mining industry. Our services span across various aspects of the mining process, from design to equipment supply and technical support. Detailed list of our service offerings:
-
PROCESS DESIGN
Mining Process Optimization: We specialize in designing customized process flows for the mining industry. Our experts analyze the unique characteristics of each ore deposit, including ore type, mineral composition, and particle size distribution, to develop efficient and cost - effective processing routes. This includes the integration of multiple unit operations such as crushing, grinding, and separation to maximize the recovery of valuable minerals.
Sustainable Design: Incorporating the latest environmental protection concepts, we design processes that minimize waste generation, reduce energy consumption, and lower water usage. This helps our clients meet strict environmental regulations while improving the overall sustainability of their mining operations.
-
PRODUCTION AND SALES
Crushing Equipment: We manufacture a wide range of crushers, including jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, and gyratory crushers. These crushers are designed to handle various types of ores and rocks, providing high - capacity and efficient size reduction.
Grinding Equipment: Our grinding mills, such as ball mills, rod mills, and vertical roller mills, are engineered to achieve fine particle size reduction for optimal liberation of valuable minerals. They are equipped with advanced control systems to ensure stable operation and high grinding efficiency.
Screening and Classification Equipment: We offer vibrating screens, trommels, and hydrocyclones for efficient separation of particles based on size. These equipment are crucial for ensuring the proper sizing of materials before further processing.
Separation Equipment: Our separation technologies include magnetic separators, gravity separators, optical sorters, and flotation cells. These equipment are used to separate valuable minerals from gangue based on their physical and chemical properties, such as magnetic susceptibility, density, color, and surface hydrophobicity.
Dewatering and Filtration Equipment: We provide belt filter presses, vacuum filters, and centrifuges for efficient removal of water from the mineral concentrate. This helps in reducing transportation costs and improving the quality of the final product.
Desliming and Sedimentation Equipment: Our desliming cyclones and thickeners are designed to remove fine particles and excess water from the slurry, improving the efficiency of subsequent processing steps.
-
EQUIPMENT SELECTION AND COST ESTIMATION
Equipment Selection: Based on the results of the ore characterization and processing tests, our experts assist clients in selecting the most suitable equipment for their specific applications. We consider factors such as throughput, efficiency, reliability, and cost - effectiveness to ensure that the selected equipment meets the client's production requirements.
Cost Estimation: We provide detailed cost estimates for the entire mining project, including equipment procurement, installation, operation, and maintenance costs. Our cost estimates are based on industry - standard pricing models and take into account the latest market trends and technological advancements.
-
MINERAL PROCESSING TEST SERVICES
Ore Characterization: We conduct comprehensive ore characterization tests to determine the physical and chemical properties of the ore, including mineralogy, particle size distribution, density, and moisture content. This information is essential for the design of an effective processing flow.
Bench-scale and Pilot-scale Testing: Our laboratory facilities are equipped to carry out bench-scale and pilot-scale tests on various ore samples. These tests help in evaluating the feasibility of different processing methods and optimizing the process parameters to achieve the desired recovery and grade of the final product.
-
ON-SITE SERVICES
On-site Installation: Our experienced technicians will travel to the client's mining site to install the purchased equipment. We ensure that all equipment is installed in strict accordance with the design specifications and industry best practices, guaranteeing the correct alignment and connection of various components.
Technical Guidance: During the installation and subsequent operation of the equipment, our technical experts will provide on - site guidance to the client's staff. This includes training on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and troubleshooting techniques. We aim to transfer our technical knowledge and experience to the client to ensure the smooth operation of the mining process.
Equipment Commissioning: After the installation is completed, we will conduct a comprehensive commissioning test on the equipment. This involves running the equipment under different operating conditions to check its performance, stability, and efficiency. We will make necessary adjustments and optimizations based on the test results to ensure that the equipment meets the expected production requirements and quality standards.
