General Introduction

Elutriation Magnetic Separator is a new generation of electromagnetic selection equipment developed by Sortek based on the current Chinese domestic selection products. The equipment has undergone major innovation and improvement, solving some shortcomings of ordinary elutriation machines, and has greatly improved comprehensive indicators such as improving concentrate grade, controlling magnetic iron grade of tailings, and increasing concentrate recovery rate.


Applications

It is specifically engineered for two main purposes. Firstly, it is designed to purify strongly magnetic minerals with a specific magnetization coefficient exceeding 3000×10⁻⁶ cm³/g. Secondly, it can enhance production efficiency by allowing an increase in the coarse grinding size while maintaining the grade of the original concentrate. It is capable of increasing the concentrate grade by 2% to 9%. Moreover, it can serve as a concentrator in concentrate concentration operations. In such cases, the concentration level can reach over 65%.
