Working Principle

Multi-cylinder cone crusher is based on the mutual extrusion and grinding between the moving cone and the fixed cone. The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the transmission device. The moving cone, which is installed on the eccentric sleeve, makes an eccentric oscillating motion. As the moving cone approaches the fixed cone, the materials between them are crushed by extrusion and grinding forces. When the moving cone moves away from the fixed cone, the crushed materials are discharged from the bottom of the crusher.

Structural Features

It mainly consists of a frame, fixed cone, moving cone, eccentric sleeve, transmission device, and hydraulic system. The frame is made of high-strength cast steel, providing a solid foundation and stability. The fixed cone and moving cone are lined with wear-resistant manganese steel liners to enhance the service life. The hydraulic system is used to adjust the discharge opening and protect the crusher from overload.
