General Introduction
The ultrafine vertical mill is a new type of ultrafine grinding equipment that combines functions of powder grinding, grading, conveying, secondary powder selection, and finished product packaging. It finds extensive applications in large scale ultrafine dry powder processing of various non-metallic minerals, including calcite, marble, limestone, dolomite, barite, talc, kaolin, wollastonite, gypsum, feldspar, pyrophyllite, and so on.

Working Principle
The motor drives the grinding disc via the reducer. Materials drop onto the grinding disc through the feed opening. Propelled by centrifugal force, the materials move towards the disc's edge and are crushed into fine powders by the rollers. Subsequently, the hot air from the nozzle transports the fine powder to the high efficiency classifier. The air carries the qualified powder to the powder collector for collection, whereas the unqualified powder is returned for regrinding.
