General Introduction

Wet High Intensity Belt Magnet is a type of permanent separator applying high quality NdFeB magnetic elements. Its surface magnetic intensity can reach up to 1.3T, enabling it to effectively remove ferrous minerals intermingled with non-ferrous minerals. The LJDC series separator features a belt type structure. Minerals, from the input point to the output point within the separation area, are agitated and separated multiple times. This process aims to eliminate ferrous minerals and obtain purified minerals. Developed by integrating hydraulics, magnetics, and mechanics, it creates a processing area with super high magnetic intensity and a strong magnetic gradient. As a result, the wet belt magnetic separator finds wide applications across various non-ferrous mineral industries.


Applications

It can be utilized for the tramp iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals during wet processing. It is particularly effective for the wet iron removal of non-metallic minerals like quartz sand, potassium feldspar, and soda feldspar. Moreover, it demonstrates excellent separation performance for weakly magnetic minerals such as hematite, limonite, specularite, siderite, manganese ore, and tantalum-niobium ore etc.
