The intelligent ore sorting system integrates image processing, mechanical engineering technology, electrical control, electric lighting, optical imaging, sensors, analog and digital video technology, computer hardware, and software technology (image enhancement and analysis algorithms, image cards, etc.). It utilizes X-ray transmittance imaging technology, different spectral visual detection for the unique physical properties of different ores, high-performance computing, and big data technology to record this information about the ores individually. Aggregate massive data from a large number of ore samples, and then use deep neural network technology on the computing platform to carry out cloud data computation and learning, to analyze and predict the results of individual ores, realize the qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of ore discrimination, and carry out effective picking by the conditions of production demand.
