Flotation and Beneficiation Reagents

We are representing CNMC's flotation and beneficiation reagent product. There are more than 60 varieties of beneficiation reagents products, and they are mainly used in the flotation of copper, lead, zinc, gold, silver, nickel, cobalt and other nonferrous metal sulfide ores and oxidized ores, rare earth metal ore, Co-Mo ore, Cu-Zn ore, tungsten ore fine slime, iron ore concentrate, and etc. Main products are xanthate, black powder, foaming agent, hydroximic acid, thionocarbamates, xanthate, sodium thioglycollate, and etc.

MBT Na is an effective collector for goldores and sulfide ores of silver,copper,and zinc.It can also be used as a copper corrosion inhibitor in circulating cooling water systems,providing good protection for copper equipment.

TL-601 collector has a certain foaming property and is mainly used for the flotation of zinc sulfide ores.It exhibits good selectivity and weak collecting ability for pyrite and magneticpyrite,but it can achieve zinc-sulfur separation under low alkalinity conditions.It is also conducive to the recovery of associated precious metals such as gold and silver.It is commonly used in the preferential flotation process of lead-zinc ores. When selecting zinc from lead tailings,it can be used with a small amount or even without lime adjustment,directly conducting zinc sulfide flotation.
